Our passion and over twenty years of experience in building sustainably have inspired us to focus on the design, manufacture and installation of SIPs. As the UK's highest-rated SIPs company on Trustpilot and multiple award winners, our ambition remains the same: to empower homebuilders and industry professionals to create design-led, eco-buildings using sustainably sourced materials and low-impact methods.
From bespoke self-build homes to commercial projects, hybrid SIPs and truss frame systems for developers, and supply-only kits for main contractors, we've grown well beyond our roots crafting high-end beach lodges. We're also proud to be the first SIPs company in the UK to offer a fully coordinated package from groundworks to weathertight shell. Every panel is manufactured in-house at our New Forest workshop and we relish the challenge of installing SIP structures in unusual, tricky or remote locations.

Design
Over the past two decades our passion for design-led eco-buildings has grown. From our roots crafting beautiful bespoke beach lodges with eco-conscious materials to today specialising in building sustainable, high-end homes in Structural Insulated Panels, we thrive on pushing the boundaries of innovation in this sector.
Manufacture
Our SIPs are designed and produced in-house at our New Forest workshop (240sqm site) with the highest level of precision, safety and quality. Inspired by the natural world and the rich heritage that surrounds us, our team is committed to exceptional craftsmanship and to using sustainably-harvested timber. Wherever possible we avoid the use of steel beams in our structures, preferring to use Glulam beams in their place due to the environmental benefits they offer and the natural aesthetic they create. Our entire team are passionate about building sustainably and we continually review our manufacturing process to ensure it’s as eco-friendly as possible.
Installation
A home constructed using SIPs can be erected up to 60% faster than traditionally constructed buildings. SIPs create a lightweight shell structure (approximately 25Kg/m²), they’re easy to handle and extremely quick to assemble once a foundation slab or footings have been installed.
With a dedicated project manager and a professional team of site technicians, construction takes between 10-15 working days depending on the size and complexity of the build and weather conditions. Your project manager will visit your site on a regular basis to ensure the quality, and progress of installation remains on track and safe working method are maintained. We carry out site specific risk assessments and method statements for all projects, identifying and controlling hazards both before we arrive and dynamically whilst onsite.
